Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return only if:
• Delivered damaged.
• Delivered incorrectly.
• Received in defective condition.
• Received with tampered packaging.
• Received past expiry date.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Consumable supplements after seal breakage
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
3. Return Process
Customers must provide:
• Order number
• Invoice copy
• Clear photographs of issue
• Brief description of concern

4. Refund Approval
Upon verification:
• Replacement may be issued.
• Store credit may be provided.

Sciwell Group reserves final authority regarding approval of claims.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
7–14 business days
depending on payment provider timelines.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error originated from Sciwell Group.
