Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return only if:

         Delivered damaged.

         Delivered incorrectly.

         Received in defective condition.

         Received with tampered packaging.

         Received past expiry date.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:

         Opened products

         Used products

         Consumable supplements after seal breakage

         Products damaged due to customer misuse

         Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

3. Return Process

Customers must provide:

         Order number

         Invoice copy

         Clear photographs of issue

         Brief description of concern

4. Refund Approval

Upon verification:

         Replacement may be issued.

         Store credit may be provided.

         Refund may be processed to original payment method.

Sciwell Group reserves final authority regarding approval of claims.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

7–14 business days

depending on payment provider timelines.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error originated from Sciwell Group.
