1. Shipping Destinations

Sciwell currently delivers across India.

1.2 International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or sale periods, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Sciwell partners with trusted logistics providers, including Shiprocket and its courier partners, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and serviceability of your delivery location.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Applicable promotional offers

Sciwell may offer Free Shipping on orders above a specified cart value. Any applicable shipping offers will be displayed on the Website during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping Confirmation Email
  • SMS and/or WhatsApp updates (where applicable)
  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information while placing an order.

Please ensure that the following details are correct:

  • Complete Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • PIN Code
  • Mobile Number

Sciwell shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to Sciwell.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes.

Sciwell reserves the right to:

  • Restrict COD availability for certain locations.
  • Disable COD during promotional campaigns.
  • Cancel COD orders that fail verification or appear suspicious.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial delivery address.

10. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes

Sciwell is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly tampered with.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

12. Lost Shipments

13. Partial Shipments

In certain situations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Warehouse locations

You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

14. Order Modifications

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, changes to:

  • Contact Number
  • Products Ordered

may not be possible.

15. Failed Delivery & Returned Orders

If an order is returned to Sciwell due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Invalid contact details

Sciwell reserves the right to:

  • Charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
  • Cancel the order and process a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges, where eligible.
